With more than 80 employees and assets exceeding EUR 29 billion, we are one of the largest asset managers in the country. Our office is located in the middle of the banking and financial district on the Kirchberg plateau. Since 2017, the Kirchberg office has been connected by rail to the centre of Luxembourg.

Our employees are our most valuable asset. At Swiss Life Asset Managers, we place particular emphasis on a fair salary in line with the market. In addition to the basic salary, this includes a bonus based on the company's success and personal performance.
Full-time employees are entitled to a minimum of 26 days off per year plus rest days. We celebrate service anniversaries every five years.
